Delivery Information
Delivery prices are to mainland UK addresses. If you require items to be delivered outside mainland UK please contact us for a quote.
If goods are in stock, orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Items are often despatched faster than this but we cannot guarantee that they will be. You are advised to use our express delivery service if it is important it gets there within 48 hours. Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately if one is not in stock.
NB. You must notify us before midday the next day if any items arrive broken or damaged in your delivery in order to be able to claim a refund or replacement item/s.
Free shipping for all orders over £100.00 - please select 'Free Shipping' at checkout (applies to mainland UK addresses only).
Our shipping rates are calculated by weight as follows:
Smaller items:
Small orders weighing less than .5kg (e.g. a place card holder or a key fob) will be charged at £2.75 for standard delivery and £3.75 for express delivery.
Rates for standard sized items:
Items weighing .5 - 1kg are charged at £3.75 for standard delivery and £4.95 for express.
Items weighing 1 - 1.5kg are charged at £4.75 for standard delivery and £5.95 for express.
Items weighing 1 - 2 kg are charged at £5.50 for standard delivery and £8.50 for express.
Items weighing 2 - 6 kg are charged at £6.50 for standard delivery and £9.50 for express.
Exceptional items:
If your order includes bulky/heavy items such as a fire bowl, they will be despatched via courier on a pallet and charged at £30.00 for standard delivery and £45.00 for express.
N B All weights are calculated including packaging.
Christmas delivery times:
Standard delivery - Orders need to be placed before midday on Tuesday 21st December to arrive before Christmas.
Express delivery - Orders can be placed until midday on Wednesday 22nd December for delivery before Christmas.
NB: These times are subject to stock availability - we will notify you as soon as possible if any items are out of stock.
Packaging:
Standard - In keeping with our environmentally responsible philosophy, we re-use packaging where possible and your purchases may arrive in recycled packaging unless you specify 'gift wrapping' under 'options' when purchasing the item.
Gift wrapping - If you would like your purchase to arrive gift wrapped either to your own home or to another address please select this option for the item/s when ordering. Gift wrapping charges are £3.99 for standard items and £5.99 for large items. We use high quality wrapping paper and tags. If you have chosen to have your item/s gift wrapped then please include any gift message during the checkout process when you will be given this option.
Delivery Instructions - You will be offered the opportunity to add any instructions for our courier e.g. parcel box code or safe place during the checkout process.
